6. Pricing and Payment

7. Delivery
Delivery terms are as follows:
• Vehicles are delivered within up to 8 working days from contract confirmation, subject to location and delivery schedule
• Delivery is free to any address within the United Kingdom
• All vehicles are fully insured during transit and throughout the 14 calendar day inspection period
• You must be present or arrange for an authorised representative to accept delivery
8. Returns and Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery under our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee, as detailed on our dedicated guarantee page.
To exercise your right to cancel:
• You must notify us within the 14 calendar day period
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as delivered, subject to reasonable inspection use (up to 100 miles for test driving and independent inspection purposes)
• We will arrange collection of the vehicle at no cost to you
• A full refund will be processed within 2 working days once the vehicle is returned and inspected
• All original documentation must be returned with the vehicle
9. Warranty
All vehicles are sold with a 6-month or 10,000-mile warranty (whichever comes first), covering:
• Mechanical and electrical faults arising from defects present at the time of sale
• Parts and labour costs for covered repairs
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accident
• Routine maintenance and servicing
• Consumable items such as tyres, brake pads, and wiper blades
